Shipping policy

• SFX products are shipped out 1-3 days from order placement however some do take longer, currently Cospla(Deadpool, Xmen, etc) Props are 4-6 weeks out from shipping.

• If you need your product by a specific date please contact us before ordering

• If you are local to Seattle and would prefer pick up your order please contact us

• Most of our fragile props are made to order

• For large orders contact us directly for shipping and/or freight

• Remember we are small prop business and do not control the shipping companies

• Products are shipped using the provider you select at checkout

• We try to use recycled shipping materials whenever possible

• If you want to use a specific mail/freight carrier please let us know before ordering

• If your item is damaged during transit contact us and we will contact the shipping company to file a claim
