We are a licensed and insured Seattle props and SFX company that was founded in 2016 in by Chad Buffett. after years of making props, costuming and doing SFX as a hobby for over 3 decades. We specialize in creating and renting props for film, television, theater productions, events and cosplay. We also have our SFX and Film side Raptor FX Studio. We have a team of experienced prop makers, designers SFX artists who are passionate about creating realistic and believable props. We also have a large inventory of props that we can rent to productions. We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible props and service.
